Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help individuals identify goals, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change through intentional action.
 

Unlike counseling or therapy, coaching focuses primarily on the present and future rather than diagnosing or treating mental health concerns. Coaching provides a supportive space to reflect, clarify priorities, overcome obstacles, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
